We provide catering services on Vancouver Island, from Cowichan Valley to Campbell River. We live in Errington (close to Parksville) outside of Nanaimo going south and Qualicum going North. We do charge mileage and we will travel west to Port Alberni. Reach out to us and inquire about your unique Vancouver Island event.

We arrive 1 hour before your ceremony at a wedding, and 2 hours before a meal for other celebrations.

Prices on our website are per person. GST and gratuity are not included. Prices listed are approximate and depend on your specific menu choices and current market value. You’ll find our current pricing on our Menus pages.

We have a generator charge of $200 plus a flat deck mileage charge of 72 cents per kilometre. For events outside of Parksville/Qualicum, we have a milage charge for the mobile kitchen of 72 cents per kilometre.

No. You have to organize and rent all plates, cutlery, glasses, table cloths, etc.

We provide wooden charcuterie boards, platters, bread baskets, all of the chaffing (food warmers) for buffets, cutting board for carving, salad bowls, and all serving utensils.

Upon booking with us, you’ll receive an online invoice. You can pay this with credit card (Visa or Mastercard) online.

We need a 240/30 amp power plug. Either a 4 prong twist lock, a dryer plug or a stove plug. We have adapters for all, and we have 100 feet of cord. We also have our own Honda 6000 Generator on a trailer, that is very quiet. We can bring it to your venue for a cost of $200.
